How do I download the software?

1. Select the link on the website to start the download procedure.
2. Click to accept the Terms & Conditions before choosing "Next".
3. Choose a destination file for the program to be saved in.
4. Once the download has completed the software will automatically launch, taking you to the login screen

I can't connect to the software, what's wrong?

When connection problems occur it can be due to your Internet Service Provider. You need to have constant internet connection to play on TradeSports Poker. From time to time your ISP may experience problems with this.

So called "dips" occur that only last for a second or two, and this is enough for the client to jam. These dips will not cause any problems with the websites you are browsing since those do not need the constant connection that the client requires.

How do I delete my Temporary Internet Files?

1. Right click on the icon for Internet explorer on your desktop
2. Left click on Properties
3. In the window that pops up, choose to delete your Internet files
4. Confirm by click OK
5. Now choose to delete your cookies
6. Confirm by click OK
7. Restart your Internet browser

How do I update my version of the software?

You do not need to this manually since the poker client is automatically updated through the the auto update function.

Can I Play on a Mac system?

At the moment our poker room only supports Windows platforms but we are constantly improving our software and have this in mind.
