Your Agreement with Trade Exchange Network Limited ("Us/We/Our")

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS PRIOR TO AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS WHICH ARE LEGALLY BINDING. 1. INTRODUCTION

We want all our members to enjoy www.tradesportspoker.com. We also take every effort to ensure the experience is enjoyable and not spoilt by unacceptable behaviour. We require all members of TradeSportspoker.com to agree to certain rules and standards of behaviour and to accept responsibility for their own actions. 3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TRADESPORTSPOKER.COM

By accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering this Site, you represent to Us that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or (if higher) that you are over any specified age threshold required to participate in and use the services of www.tradesports.com and www.tradesportspoker.com in or from the jurisdiction in which you reside. We further reserve the right to void and return any deposits placed by minors and to prohibit your play until your age is verified.

We reserve the right to request additional information to validate your identity and age. In addition, we reserve the right to request further information prior to any withdrawals. Any monies due or requested shall be withheld until the requested information has been provided to our satisfaction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that this is not the case. We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account.

You may not register if you are not acting as principal or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, or if you are or have ever been an employee of Trade Exchange Network Limited, or Tain Poker Network, or if you are an employee of any of third party contractors to www.tradesportspoker.com such as licensors, software suppliers, developers or partners.

By seeking to register with Us or using any of the services offered by Trade Exchange Network Limited, tradesports.com or tradesportspoker.com you represent and warrant to Us that you will comply at all times with the requirements of this Section 3. You further represent and warrant to Us that all information provided to Us by you, either upon registration, subsequently or in connection with your account is complete, accurate and not misleading and you further agree to inform Us immediately if there is any change to such information. Your registration will not be accepted unless you provide Us with the accurate information requested of you.

Any person who wilfully or knowingly breaches this Section 3 is committing fraud and may be subject to criminal and civil prosecution. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities, in investigating claims of illegal activity.

4. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, from time to time, and at Our sole discretion, to change or update certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Upon publication, each change will become effective and you will be deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes on Our Site. 5. RISK

Subject to Our right to restrict or refuse participation in the services we provide or to withdraw or suspend the services we provide as set out in these Terms and Conditions, participation in our services is at your option, discretion and risk. You understand that you are using and risking "Real Money" is highly speculative in nature and therefore contains a degree of risk. You acknowledge that you are fully prepared financially to undertake such risks and to withstand any losses incurred, and that you are able to sustain the total loss of any stakes committed by you. You are entirely responsible for the information that you provide to Us and We shall not be liable for incorrect entries made by you, including data input errors.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE DETAILS OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS ON THE SITE ARE CORRECT. ONCE A TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

6. YOUR TRADESPORTSPOKER.COM ACCOUNT

You are allowed to hold only one account on www.tradesportspoker.com and/or www.tradesports.com. Multiple accounts are prohibited. In order to place any amount at risk you must open an account and have adequate funds deposited prior to attempting to trade. The minimum account deposit is US$10 (€ or STG£ 10). Only suns placed from your account set up through www.tradesports.com or www.tradesportspoker.com will be accepted, any winnings you make will be credited to your account. You may facilitate all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the My Account page.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any amounts at Our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where an amount placed at risk is deemed to be or is declared void by Us at Our discretion, any sum deducted from your account shall be credited to your account.

Your account is personal to you. You shall not allow others to use your account. Any person found to have violated this section will be liable for all losses on the account but will not be entitled to collect any profits.

7. KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE

It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. We recommend that you disable any automatic password memory in your browser prior to using the site. This will help to limit the risk to you of unauthorised use of your account.

Players are solely responsible for the security of their account information and password(s). Should you inadvertently disclose your password to another person, you agree to change it or contact Us immediately to modify the password. 8. WITHDRAWALS

All profits shall be credited to your. All funds must be withdrawn based upon the withdrawal procedures. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance. There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. Service charges are payable for withdrawals as set out elsewhere on www.tradesports.com and or www.tradesportspoker.com and will be deducted from your account at the time of withdrawal. We reserve the right to request further information prior to any withdrawals.

Interest is not payable on account balances. No credit is permitted. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in your account, and to stake your funds accordingly. We reserve the right to void any stake which may be inadvertently placed or accepted if your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the stake.

Please note as follows-

In the event of a promotional campaign or competition, for which We credit an amount to your account, you are entitled to the use of such amount only for the sole purpose of placing funds at risk. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotional campaign or competition. We reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them at anytime.

9. SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

Without restricting Our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to Us, We will suspend or terminate your account or cancel any sums placed at risk by you at Our absolute discretion if: (i) We suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using Our site; (ii) We suspect you are breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or Rules; (iii) We suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of Our business; (iv) We suspect that you may be having difficulties obtaining credit, (v) We are required to do so by law, or (vi) in Our judgment, there is a manifest error or there is a technological failure affecting the site.

Your sole remedy in the event of termination of your account by Us for any reason shall be the re-imbursement of any undisputed account balance you may then have and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall have no further liability to you whatsoever.

At any time, you may instruct Us to exclude you from participation of our services and close your account. Once your request is processed your account shall be suspended, and no new transactions will be entered on your account shall and any outstanding funds credited back to you.

10. TAX ON WINNINGS

All applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you and any other payments to you are your sole responsibility. It is your responsibility to declare to the appropriate authority your net winnings or losses, including, if you reside in a jurisdiction where winnings are taxable, to keep track of these winnings and report them to the proper authorities. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other consideration.

11. SECURITY CHECKS

We are committed to providing Our members with an enjoyable experience in a safe and secure environment, and We operate security procedures and checks to protect Our members and Our site from fraud and collusion. Occasionally, as part of this process, We will wish to make checks on accounts and this may result in suspension of use of accounts whilst these checks are carried out, as well as requests for information from members. We believe it is in the best interests of Our members and ourselves that We operate this process and it is a condition of participation that all Our members acknowledge this and cooperate with Us in this respect.

12. CHANGES TO YOUR DETAILS

It is your sole responsibility to inform Us of any changes to your personal details, including your address, your credit card number, your expiry date, or issue number of your card that may impact upon the use of your account. Failure to inform Us of your changes may result in transactions being declined by your bank, building society or credit card company. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions that are declined as a result of your failure to provide Us with correct details. Please contact Customer Service to update your details. It is your responsibility to protect your credit cards for loss or theft, please contact Us immediately should your card be lost or stolen. Failure to keep your details up to date may result in deposits, withdrawals or stakes being declined or payments being issued incorrectly. To facilitate fair operation of the website we may need to contact members and hence a valid email address is necessary.

13. CHEATING OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR

Charges, claims and proceedings, both civil and criminal may be brought against you and any other person(s) connected to you who have manipulated, tried to manipulate, tampered with Our service, any of the customer accounts, laundered money, or attempted to launder money on or through this site. We reserve the right to pass on any information that We deem relevant, at Our sole discretion, to the appropriate authorities if We become aware of or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. If you are suspected, in Our reasonable discretion, of using multiple browsers or attempting to manipulate or ascertain information concerning the software code or if you are suspected of being involved in collusion, you will be forfeited all money and be deactivated as a TradeSportsPoker and TradeSports.com member. All transactions must be placed through the user interface provided on Tradesportspoker.com. Any transaction input through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to prohibit any player from participating in any and all events, and We may, where situations warrant, freeze the funds of any player suspected of cheating in any form. We further reserve the right to restrict seating and/or to prohibit members from playing in a particular Game, including restricting two or more players from playing together at the same Game.

We do not support private "deals" or “trades” between players in tournaments, nor will We assist in facilitating these "deals" or be liable in any way for broken "deals" or transactions not honoured by one of the parties.

We reserve the right to void any amount inadvertently accepted after the time for placing stakes has closed or where the event was resolved or at a stage where the player could have any indication of the outcome. We also reserve the right to void any or all stakes placed by any group of people acting in liaison in an attempt to defraud Us.

14. CUSTOMER SERVICE

You may contact Our customer service team at any time that they are available should you have questions or need assistance. To provide better service and for your protection, telephone conversations may be recorded and/or monitored by designated staff. You must contact Customer Service if your personal information or credit details have changed. In addition, if you forget your password or suspect that someone else has learned and used your password please contact Customer Service immediately.

15. POKER RULES

In addition to accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all other “Rules" which are posted on Tradesportspoker.com and amended from time to time by Us. In addition, you must comply with "table stakes" rules as set out by Us form time to time. In particular, you are not permitted to make a wager in excess of the value of chips on the table at the beginning of a hand. You are permitted to acquire additional chips only between hands. If you run out of chips during a hand, you are considered "all-in". You may not remove money from the table during a playing session. Taking money out of the Game and continuing to play is not allowed in a table stakes format.

Players are asked to refrain from "table talk" or "coffee-housing" or talking during a hand in a way that compromises an opponent’s hand. This applies if you are playing in the hand or watching the hand. Repeated abuse of this aspect of player behaviour will result in suspension or permanent restriction of play.

Abusive or offensive language or other behaviour considered inappropriate by Tradesportspoker.com in the context of the product will not be tolerated. Bad behaviour or offensive language identified by Tradesportspoker.com or brought to its attention will be dealt with swiftly, and may result in a suspension or loss of playing privileges or such other action as may be decided by Us.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each Game. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published and periodically changed on Our site. Such rules that are referenced herein are incorporated hereto, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Wagers on the Games may only be placed through your personal account on this site. We shall not accept wagers in any other form or by any other means.

You fully accept and agree that the random number generator software will determine all outcomes of the Games.

You acknowledge and agree that you shall not interfere, interrupt, attempt to interrupt, or attempt to manipulate the operations of this Site or the normal play of any of the Games. Failure to comply with the preceding may lead to your exclusion from the site and to criminal and civil investigations.

We reserve the right to refuse the whole or any part of a stake at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to set the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the rules accessible on the site.

16. SERVER CRASH OR FORCE MAJEURE

If you have chips at a table during a server crash, the Game will be cancelled and all of your chips at the table and in play will be returned to your account. In those and all other circumstances, We, Our affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delays or interruptions to play due to failure, breakdown, malfunction or interruption of electronic or mechanical equipment, of telephone, internet connection or other communications facilities, or due to storms, trade or labour dispute; act, failure or omission of any government or authority, any denial of service (DDOS) attack or other malevolent external interference with our site or any other causes over which We or they have no direct control ("force majeure"). We will at all times use reasonable endeavours to overcome any event of such force majeure so far as We can, but We do not guarantee Our ability to do so.

In the event of a tournament crash, where less than half the players have been eliminated, the tournament will be cancelled and all monies refunded; where more than half the players have been eliminated the prize pool will be divided in half – all players will receive an equal share of half the prize money; and the other half of the prize money will be allocated to the chip leaders (chip leaders will be determined by the number of places the tourney would have paid) in proportion to their chip count.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that the information found on this site is either Ours or a third party’s including trade marks, service marks, copyright, trade secret, patents, patent information or proprietary rights (collectively "Intellectual Property"). You agree not to download, rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivative works, copy, re-use, modify, adapt, attempt to decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt or discover the source code of all or any portion of this site, deploy any type of query program on the site, create improvements, or seek to obtain intellectual property protection on the content and Intellectual Property found on this site. You further acknowledge and agree to not use the site in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

Any winnings subsequent to the error and prior to the notification to Us, whether linked to the error or not, shall be deemed invalid and returned to Us.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
